Nutty maca smoothie.

Ingredients: serves 1
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 sachet, Mama Tierra red or black maca
350ml almond milk
1tsp Yacon syrup [coming soon] or honey
Pinch of cacao powder [optional]
Place ingredients in a blender, mix, pour, sprinkle with cacao powder and enjoy a protein packed super smoothie.

 

Green maca smoothie.

Ingredients: serves 1
Handful of spinach leaves
Half a banana
Half a small avocado
1 sachet, Mama Tierra red or black maca
1 tbs almonds
350ml water
Mix ingredients in a blender for a low sugar, nutrient rich power smoothie
